Being a young adult, reading Scott Pilgrim was one of the catalysts that changed my life forever. In a way it made me mature a little, and it continues to serve as an inspiration to me everytime I re-read the books.

For those who don't know I'm currently involved in the development of the independent 2D fighting game "SkullgirlS" lead by Alex Ahad.
I re-did an old background concept originally planned for the version 1 demo. Its currently a work-in-progress much like the majority of the game content.
The team will be making an appearance at Anime Expo in Los Angeles on July 3-6. I won't be present at the convention but you can meet the creator himself along with a couple of the developers/staff.

I'll be attending Emerald City Comic Con this weekend. This will be my first comic book convention and I'm really excited in meeting professional artists who have actual industry experience (unlike the present me :<).
